The Man
Born on 7 March 1985 in Markham, Caerphilly, Wales, Gerwyn Price is one of the most decorated players of the modern PDC era. Known the world over as "The Iceman", Price brings a fierce competitive intensity to the oche that has propelled him to the very top of the sport.
Before darts, Price played rugby union and rugby league, with spells at Neath, Cross Keys and South Wales Scorpions, as well as a short stint with Glasgow Warriors. That athletic pedigree, the discipline, the physical conditioning and the ability to perform under pressure, carried straight into his darts career when he turned professional in 2014.
His rise through the PDC ranks was rapid and relentless. Recognised for his powerful, aggressive style and unshakeable focus, Price became a dominant force on the ProTour and at televised majors, accumulating ranking titles at a pace that few players in the modern game have matched.

PDC World Champion
Gerwyn Price became PDC World Champion on 3 January 2021, defeating Gary Anderson in the final at Alexandra Palace. He made history as the first player from Wales to win the PDC World Championship.
